Perhaps you have already seen our monthly calendar on our Facebook page? In it, we list the 10 best events in sports, culture or art. And of course the hippie markets or the typical Spanish festivals where mostly locals go, but which are also super fun for tourists to attend.
Since there are already very many party calendars, we at OneVillasIbiza try to find some sort of middle ground in the choice of events, so that we have something for culture lovers, sports enthusiasts but also clubbers each.
This summer we wanted to mention some extra dance parties anyway! Why? Because we, as a Dutch company, are so super proud of our homegrown DJ-boys.

If you don’t like these commercial tents with Top 40 DJs, then you might enjoy going to The Underground, DC10 or Swag.
Outdoor parties can be had at Ushuaia, Ocean Beach, Blue Marlin, Destino, among others. In this, the music stops around midnight.
If you want super fancy dining out then Lio or Nassau might be more your thing. Or have you already seen the Pacha after its major renovation in late 2017 early 2018?
And what exactly happened to Space?
Space opened its doors in 1986, then in conjunction with the Aguamar water park. It wasn’t until Pepe Rosello took over the space in 1989 that it became an award-winning dance club. He was licensed to be open all day as long as he closed somewhere for two hours. This created dance parties on the terrace in the morning while the planes flew over. Carl Cox was the “resident DJ” there for 15 years with nights such as “We love Space on the Terrace” and “Music is Revolution.”
The closing of Space on Oct. 2, 2016 caused a stir. After 27 years, it felt like – the closing of an era -. There was a veritable run on tickets. An immense wait soon developed in line to say goodbye to “the club” of Ibiza. With Carl Cox and Pepe onstage during his last track “Angie Stone -Wish I didn’t miss you,” the die-hard clubbers of the first few hours, howling “Space” closed.
Ushuaia Entertainment (Matutes family) took over Space and converted it into one of the most modern clubs in the world: Club Hi. With an outstanding sound system, the finest light shows, 3 halls, 2 terraces and even vinyl DJs in the restroom.
If you are going clubbing, have fun! Our team in Ibiza can help you further with booking tickets or a VIP table.
Thanks to Ushuaia and Club Hi for the event photos.
