Simbiosis

Price:
Menu: Vegan

Simbiosis was the first vegan restaurant on the island, then called Out Of Time. It opened in the 1990s, making it a true pioneer. The cuisine is a combination of Mediterranean, Asian, Indian and Mexican and is mostly gluten-free. Simbosis also has a macrobiotic dish of the day. Everything is homemade, even the sauces, hummus, dips and bread. The ingredients are locally sourced and organic whenever possible. You really should try their vegetarian Pad Thai or green curry! But also the lentil koftas, mushroom croquettes, vegan burgers, or the “RAW” lasagna. And if you still have room for dessert, order their divine cheesecake!

Non-alcoholic drinks are also house-made. In addition to various smoothies and cold-pressed juices, they also have a syrup lemonade with mint, hibiscus, cinnamon and ginger. In short, a vegan paradise with reasonable prices, too.

In fact, anyone who wants to make the transition to vegan should come here.
