La Escollera

At La Escollera, on the corner of Salinas / Es Cavallet, you can enjoy beautiful views of Formentera and the Mediterranean Sea. Unfortunately, the cuisine is not very enervating and the same menu has been used here for 30 years (by all accounts). Sin! But since La Escollera is open year-round for lunch and dinner and it is located in a fantastic spot, it is still recommended, especially in winter, to come here for a small drink.

As in many places in Ibiza, the specialty here is paella. The decor is airy, open and very inviting. Nor is it surprising that marriages are regularly performed at this spot. La Escollera is open year-round.
