Surrounded by hills of pine trees, lies the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Salada. This bay is protected, so no commercial tourist boats come here. This bay is particularly popular with locals themselves and and private boat owners. On the right side there are boathouses built into the rock face. There are also trails here that are ideal for hiking through this piece of pristine nature. A beautiful bay also for snorkeling, beautiful clear water.
On the other side is also a beach called Cala Saladeta, which you get to by following the paths over the rocky block. This beach is often also home to a cocktail vendor “Mr. Mojito” and music. We ourselves find this a bit cozier.
The beach is a 10-minute drive from San Antonio.
