Ses Escoles Oleoteca

Price:
Menu: Mediterranean with its own olive oil

Ses Escoles is the first olive grove in Ibiza with a gourmet product store and restaurant, where olive oil plays the main role, hence the name Ses Escoles “Oleoteca”.

Housed in a characteristic old school near San Lorenzo and transformed into a restaurant with store, but respecting the history, architecture and natural environment.

A menu of dishes made from ecological, local products taking into account the preservation of the fertility of the land and respect for the environment.

And for olive oil lovers, the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Can Miguel Guasch (since 2008) is among the most prominent on the island. A great gift to take home for those back home.
