Chirincana

Price:

Ibiza is mostly reminiscent of chic beach clubs and big parties. But did you know that there are also plenty of counterparts? For those who like more of a relaxed, casual environment, Chirincana in Es Canar is highly recommended.

This beach bar is attached to one of the island’s few campsites called La Playa. The terrace consists of picnic tables overlooking Cala Martina beach. With the campground visitors mostly living a hippy lifestyle and the relaxed service, this is a true Ibiza spot as far as we are concerned. On Wednesdays and Sundays in high season there is live music, from rock bands to funky DJs showing off their spinning skills. Late afternoon is the best time to be here. The sun slowly setting, enjoying an affordable snack and drink overlooking the sea… what more could a person want!

Tip: Come and have a look there after a day strolling around Es Canar’s Hippie Market, as it is just around the corner.
