Sa Carboneria

Price:
Menu: Steak

When you arrive at Sa Carboneria, the first thing you think is “Is this it?”. However, don’t be surprised by the simple facade on the outside. In here, you will really find one of the best meat restaurants on the island. Also, you won’t find too many tourists here.

Inside there are a number of small tables but the most comfortable seating is in the garden. Really deliciously authentic with cozy little tables amidst trees and flowers. The garden is decorated with lanterns, (vintage) signs and all sorts of frills. The staff here is very friendly.

The house specialty is grilled meat. Note that the portions are very large, count between 300 and 500 grams. In addition to meat, there are offerings from Mediterranean cuisine. Various salads, vegetarian dishes and tapas. Prices are ok and range between 18 and 35 euros. The wine served here comes from the island itself.
