The enclosed outdoor area of Finca Padel is large and located next to the main road of San Carlos, but thanks to the vegetation, this is hardly noticeable. You can reach the premises via a short track. There is sufficient space for parking at the house. The swimming pool (6x11m) is at the front of the house and is surrounded by sun beds with parasols. The outdoor kitchen with BBQ, dining table with 8 chairs and another seating area are scattered on this side of the house. All the greenery offers plenty of privacy and there are no immediate neighbors. The citrus orchard and vegetable garden are at the back of the house, providing an optimal Mediterranean character. Guests are welcome to enjoy all the fruit and vegetables that grow here. The terrace and lawn offer a good view of the sports fields. In spring, winter and autumn, the padel court can be lit until 21H15 at the latest, for the light there is a little extra charge on site.

Through the entrance you immediately enter the living room and the kitchen is located on the right, this has a simple design and is equipped with all modern comforts. The living room is decorated in a functional, Spanish style. The long table, sofa and fireplace provide a cosy atmosphere.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds (90x200). These rooms share a bathroom with bath tub and shower. You reach the first floor via the staircase. This part consists of a small lounge with sofa(bed) and television, the master bedroom with double bed (180x200), an en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower and a private terrace. Here you will find a comfortable seating area and the view is beautiful. The finca sleeps 8 people in total. All rooms are air-conditioned.
