Bar Llumbi

After a car journey through the green and hilly south-west of Ibiza, we arrived at Es Cubells. There are several restaurants in this lovely village, but Bar-Restaurant Llumbi is really our favourite. Affordable, tasty Spanish food, helpful staff and a great view over the bay.
This family restaurant has been here for many years. Mum and Dad both used to work in the kitchen, and two of the sons, Pepe and Toni, looked after the service. Mum and dad have now retired, which means the sons now run the whole restaurant. Mum does still pop in on occasion with home-made cakes.
The menu includes nice cuts of meat and fish from the grill with vegetables and chips. The super-fresh ingredients are sourced from neighbouring farms and growers. Starters are priced between €7.80 and €14.80. Mains range from €10.00 to €25.00, and desserts can be enjoyed between €4.50 and €5.50.
