Playa d'en Bossa
Location: Ibiza Town
This is the longest beach on Ibiza island! Playa d'en Bossa is littered with all sorts of bars and restaurants, varying from hip to trite. The clear water and fine sand provide an ideal and safe environment for kids to play beach games. Here, you are also exposed to lovely views overlooking the old part of Ibiza Town. If there are southwardly winds, then this beach is enormously popular among windsurfers. At the end of the beach (on the other side of Ibiza Town), it is somewhat calmer and quieter, as there are fewer people in the area and a lot less house music, to boot! If you are looking to party-hardy during the day, however, then the Bora Bora bar (trite as it is) is definitely the place to be. This is situated approximately halfway down the beach. At the end of the beach, we also recommend Club Nassau, a fantastic beach club with good cocktails, lounge beds, and music.
Facilities: Lounge beds, umbrellas, showers, lifeguards, accesible for the disabled, many restaurants and bars.
Activities: Paddle boats, windsurfing school, catamaran rental, kite surfing, diving, beach volleyball courts.
