Restaurant Pastis has brought Paris to Ibiza. This traditional French restaurant located in Ibiza Town is open year-round and is pleasantly busy. So even on winter nights you can come here when most restaurants are closed. The food is of good quality and the dishes are served very nicely. For example, enjoy lamb racks or tasty fish dishes. Fun fact: this is the favorite of top chef Herman de Blijker. In short, stepping in here is definitely recommended. However, it is wise to make reservations in advance.
