Cana Nicola has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The villa is built on three levels. The living room has a large but cozy seating area and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and a beautiful design dining table that seats 12 people. On the same level is the covered terrace with a large dining table and a sofa overlooking the lawn.

Also on this level, there are three smaller double bedrooms. These three bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and another bathroom can be accessed via the terrace from Bedroom 2. The fourth bedroom on the same floor has twin beds (can be made up as a double)and an en-suite bathroom.

From this fourth bedroom or from outside, one can enter the TV-room with a large comfortable couch. Walking up the small stairs up to the next level you will access the larger fifth en-suite double bedroom, with a large veranda with a seating area and access to a ‘Pool Kitchen’ to service the seating area’s surrounding the pool. 

The sixth double en-suite bedroom can be reached by going up the stairs from the living room. This room has its own private terrace with sun beds and a lounge area.

The pool (11x4) also has a chill-out area and 6 sunbeds (one a double). The whole villa is tastefully decorated and fully air-conditioned.

To enjoy a heated swimming pool an additional fee of €400, - per week is applied.
