Sublimotion Ibiza
Menu: a case in point
Sublimotion, the most expensive restaurant in the world, located in the Hard Rock hotel. For an average of 1,500 euros per person, you can enjoy a unique experience here for three hours. It costs a little, but you get a lot in return. In fact, Sublimotion is much more than just a physical location. It is a set of emotions, you travel around the world in three hours and you can enjoy unique sensations.
When you enter here, 12 guests sit down at a long table with luxurious chairs in an enclosed space. The walls are a virtual light show and moving images are projected on the tabletop. For example, when you travel through the North Pole at the magic show, a cold dish will be served in a unique way. The music is also tailored to the theme.
The dishes are created by renowned chef Paco Roncero who has 2 michelin stars. So you can rest assured that the food is of high quality. In addition, twenty people are working daily to provide the show.
In short, want a change from a standard restaurant and still have plenty of money left over? Then Sublimotion Ibiza might be for you. But the film footage alone is also impressive to watch.
