El Olivo Mio
Menu: fusion kitchen
Located in the old part of Ibiza town, El Olivo Mio is one of the most characteristic restaurants in Dalt Vila. A boho-chic ambiance in a magical and romantic setting.
Started by a French gay couple, El Olivo was sold in 2018 to the energetic Rita, who had previously worked at Restaurant Sa Punta for 15 years. The word “Mio” was added to the name, the service was totally changed from handsome guys with long black aprons to beautiful ladies in black lace and the color red was added to the logo, the clothing of the service and the layout of the table.
El Olivo Mio features fusion cuisine, Mediterranean with an Asian Italian twist. How about a Tarta Tatin of eggplant and smoked mozzarella and Parmesan cheese? Or zucchini flowers stuffed with Ricotta cheese or tuna with candied vegetables and Teriyaki sauce? I’m already starting to salivate!
El Olivo Mio’s romantic terrace is always full of nice nicely dressed people, so make a reservation a few days in advance and put on your best outfit!
