The house is a few minutes' drive from the pleasant village of San Rafael (where various restaurants can be found) and 15 minutes from Ibiza Town.
On the covered terrace of the house you imagine yourself in the typical Ibiza atmosphere due to the color tones and the use of materials. There is both a lounge sofa and a hammock where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and tranquility. In addition, there is a 4-person dining table where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning.

Around the corner you will find the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and typical Spanish baking tray (in Spanish 'plancha'). Here you will also find enough firewood for the stove that warms the house on cooler evenings.
A little further is the 2-person Bali bed.

In the enormous vegetable garden there are many fruit trees and many seasonal vegetables are grown. In the back of the garden you will find a chicken run and you will be provided with fresh eggs every day. How nice to introduce your children to nature in this way! The distance to the house is about 80 meters, which limits noise of the chickens. The living room has a dining and sitting area with Smart TV. Here is also the wood stove. Adjacent to the living room is the fairly simple and traditional open kitchen, which is fully equipped!

The house has 2 bedrooms which are located on either side of the house. These share the bathroom (with bath, toilet and sink). One bedroom has a double bed; the other 2 singles, and both are air-conditioned. There is ample private parking for several cars.

There are also two mountain bikes available.
