Can Santo can be reached via a flat sandy road and has an electric gate leading to its private parking for up to 3 cars. The house is completely fenced and features a spacious saltwater swimming pool (8x4.5m) in a beautifully manicured garden. For the ultimate holiday experience, you can pick oranges, lemons, and avocados here amidst the delightful scents of various plants and trees.

The house also boasts a charming outdoor kitchen with a seating area for enjoying balmy summer evenings.

The entrance to the house leads through the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped and connects to the garden-facing dining room with seating for 10 people. Next to the dining room is the living room with a fireplace.

On one side of the house, there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a double bed (2 beds of 90x210) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. This bedroom can only be accessed through the 2nd bedroom or via the terrace. The second bedroom, which is interconnected with room 1, has a double bed (2 beds of 90x200). The third bedroom is the smallest in the house and has a bed of 140x200. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a shower.

On the other side of the house, on the upper floor, you'll find the master bedroom of 85m2 with a double bed (2 beds of 90x210), a kitchenette, a sitting area, a spacious rooftop terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Below, there is the 5th bedroom with a double bed (2 beds of 90x210) and a sofa bed (80x200). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 5 can only be accessed from the terrace.

For the kids, there is a ping-pong table.

The house is highly recommended in the pre and post-season due to the central heating, and partial underfloor heating in the kitchen and living room. In the garden, beneath the pool, there is a sauna. The pool can be heated (at an additional cost).
