This very spacious and modern 8-bedroom villa for 16 people is located in a very quiet area, 1 km from the picturesque town of Sant Joan. Beautiful beaches on the northern coast, such as Benirras, are about 15 minutes' drive from the house. The airport is a 25 minute drive.
Outside the farm on a plot of 17,700 m2 (fully fenced land) you can enjoy several free spaces, you will find here the swimming pool 14x4, outdoor jacuzzi, dining area - barbecue, lawn and some beautiful Mediterranean gardens with fruit trees (orange, lemon, cherry, apple, quince, carob and centenary olive trees).
There is a beautifully restored centennial water wheel, "safareig" with an old irrigation system, horse stable and beautiful views of the countryside. The built area of the house is 380 m2, has two floors, a basement and a large private parking space. There is also a nice play area for the little ones and the children can also ride a horse (on request).
From Monday to Saturday, the breakfast chef serves a continental breakfast buffet. This applies to all months except April and November.
