On the ground floor level, the house offers a living room with sliding doors that open onto a terrace, which also houses the swimming pool. The open kitchen, which is fully equipped, is also situated on this level. In the adjoining tower is a cosy dining area.
Below this, there is a bedroom with a large double bed (180x200) and a bathroom with shower.

The master bedroom can be found on the first floor, complete with its own balcony with seating area. The ensuite bathroom with bath and shower is located in the adjoining tower. The 3rd bedroom provides twin beds (90x200), and is equipped with an en-suite shower room.
Airconditioning is present in all 3 bedrooms. 

The garden offers several pleasant seating areas as well as 8 sun-loungers, and is an ideal place to relax. 

This house is only rented to peaceful families and not to groups of young people/young adults. Noise is absolutely not tolerated as the house is located in a residential area.
