Can Balafia is a beautifully renovated spanish cottage home with a broad view and is situated in a quiet area. The house is noticeably spacious inside and stands out for its tasteful interior. It consists of a main house and a separate guest house.

The main house has five bedrooms (four double beds and two twin), and four baths (three with a shower, and one with a tub and shower available). The living room and the den are very roomy and contain a large L-shaped sofa in the lounge area with a huge TV. There is also a pool table for playing billiards. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences and has two dishwashers installed. The dining table inside seats eight. The outdoor table, however, seats sixteen.
