Alex & Sergio have been partners for more than 15 years. Quality and luxury are paramount. Among other things, you have the option of hiring a full service staff. You can discuss your dinner ideas with Alex or receive a full menu created by the chef.
Different menu options
Each season, the chefs release new menus. If you would like to see them please contact us using the form below.
Dinner options
Standard dinner
We will email you several menu options in advance. Depending on your choice, this will typically be between €75 and €110 per person (min. number of persons 8 full paying). This includes the products, preparation and cleaning. As an additional option, you can choose to hire ministry. The cost is €25 per waiter.
Sushi bar
You can also choose a sushi bar on location. Prices per sushi are as follows:
- €2 for basic sushi (Nigiri, makis, uramakis, with tuna, salmon, whitefish, avocado, shrimp and crab as fillings)
- €2.50 for special fillings such as seeds, nuts, caviar, cheeses and creams.
- €3 for fusion sushi, local produce combined with Japanese products
The minimum order is 125 pieces. We recommend ordering at least 12 items per person.
Live sushi
You can choose to have a chef prepare the sushi live. The additional cost of this is €150.
Ibicenco ham
A very nice extra during your lunch or dinner is a traditional Ibicenco ham. A professional will come on site to slice your ham. Prices for these start at €190 for a standard quality ham. This one weighs between 7.5 and 8.5 pounds. The cutter and materials are included in the price.
