The villa is located in a quiet residential area. There are two covered lounges and several seating areas outside. There are sun loungers by the swimming pool (11m x 5m). You can cool off under the outdoor shower and, for convenience, there is an outside toilet.
The swimming pool can be heated at a surcharge and is a salt-water pool, so the children can play for hours without it irritating their eyes or skin. And there is more for children: please check the trampoline, table tennis, soccer field, petanque and climbing frame. You can eat outside in the shade. The outside kitchen has, amongst other things, a bar with bar stools, a sink, two fridges, and a BBQ.

The cosy living room has a view of the terrace and the sea. The kitchen is complete and has a small breakfast bar. You can listen to music on the SONOS wireless music system. There is also satellite television.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an en-suite and the other with a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have double beds (160x200). The master bedroom is on the first floor, has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It also benefits from a large terrace with an outdoor shower. On the same floor, there’s another bedroom, also with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The fifth bedroom is separate from the main house and has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
