Finca Xanca, built like a castle on a hilltop, surrounded by 22 hectares of farmland and pristine forest, forms a hidden oasis amidst nature, taking us back to the authentic Ibiza of yesteryears. At sunrise, rabbits frolic around while birds splash into the pool at the first light of day.

This family project, initiated in 1999 with the restoration of an old house and barns from ruins, has led to an organic growth of the estate. This has created a harmonious environment that challenges children of all ages to be active and explore, while parents can be reassured that their little ones play safely.

In front of the main house stretches a large lawn, inviting for adventure and play. A wide staircase leads to the higher terraces where the pool is located. Here you will also find a toddler pool and a shallow basin with a waterfall, with a rock seat underneath. The large pool has taught many children how to swim.

The outdoor kitchen by the pool, complete with a gas barbecue and a large dining table overlooking the sunset above the waterline, invites cozy summer evenings.

Scattered across the estate, you'll find various cozy lounge areas and seating spots.

The main house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with 2 living rooms and a characterful, well-equipped kitchen. Next to the main house is a studio with a bedroom and bathroom.

The separate office space can also serve as a cozy TV room.

Further up the mountain is a cozy 'casita' with 2 bedrooms, connected by a door. These rooms, ideal for families with children, share a bathroom.
