Behind the authentic front door, you will find the living room with high ceilings, a fireplace and a passage to the TV room (Netflix), next to which is a spacious kitchen/diner with a beautiful long dining table for twelve people. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the lovely garden, complete with bbq. The selling point of this house is, of course, the extra yoga space, which can be heated if required. The yoga space is made of wood, located in the shade and is about 35m2.

Two tastefully decorated bedrooms are adjacent to the living room. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (80x190). Bedroom 2 has a double bed (180x190). The third bedroom is only accessible from outside and has a double bed (150x190). Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 share two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath).

Two staircases go up from the living room. One staircase leads to bedroom 4 and 5: Bedroom 5 is quite small and has two single beds (90x190), which can also be made up as a double bed. The adjacent master bedroom, bedroom 4, has a double bed (200x200) and a private bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi bath. The other staircase leads to bedroom 6, with a double bed (160x200). All bedrooms in the main house, the living room and the kitchen are equipped with airconditioning. 

The Casita has 2 more bedrooms 1 with a double bed (160x200) and 1 with 2 single beds (2x90x190), both are equipped with fans and they share a bathroom with a shower. This casita also has its separate kitchen/living room with A/C. 

The house can be made child-friendly on request by means of a fence by the pool, extra fencing at the side terrace and a stairgate for the stairs.
