We are looking for an all-round administrative assistant. Preferably with some accounting experience, but this is not necessary. During the season (April to October), you will be working a lot on financial matters; during the off-season, you will be a little more busy with varied tasks.

As an administrative assistant , you will have a place in a young, growing company with a passionate and entrepreneurial group of people around you. You will get a glimpse into Ibiza’s most beautiful homes, become part of a unique new concept and contribute to sustainable solutions. Your creative workspace is in a prime location and after a week of banging we always celebrate our success on Friday under the palm trees.

These are your main duties:

• Creditors Debtors
• Solve financial, administrative, accounting issues,
• Handle administrative HR matters;
• Prepare Spanish invoices + statements for Spanish accountant;
• Drawing up contracts;
• Checking new houses after they are put online.
• Helping the team in Ibiza with all kinds of things.

This is the profile we are looking for:

• HBO thinking level;
• Minimum 1 year of work experience;
• Good computer skills;
• Precise and structured;
• Numerically strong;
• Good resolving ability;
• Start date: immediately.
