The interiors have a cool Ibiza-chic look, with warm natural tones, neutral colors and there are local artworks that give the house a distinctive look of relaxation and luxury.


The three sitting rooms and the dining room are located around a large central patio where enormous floor-to-ceiling windows make the whole room very light. The indoor spaces open to the multiple terraces with bars, chill-outs and outdoor dining areas. There is also a fully equipped professional kitchen.


Perhaps the highlight is the 750 m² roof terrace with spectacular sea views, two bars, shady pergolas, DJ set and stage area - the ideal place for parties or just relaxing while you watch the sun set on the horizon.


There is a luxurious master suite and five beautiful bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, some of which are half open. If you want to take more guests, there are options for this.


The island offers a choice of two swimming pools - an infinity pool of 23 meters surrounded by sun loungers and a natural swimming pool amidst the tropical gardens.


Other facilities include a 300 m² wellness and spa area, a fully equipped gym, a massage room and yoga room, a tea room and a boathouse with water sports equipment.
