Villa Shenzi is very quietly situated on top of the mountain and only surrounded by nature and in views of the sea. The sunsets are spectacular!

The pool (15 x 5) is 100 meters from the house. Around the pool there is a large terrace, equipped with lovely sun beds. Beside the pool there is a huge outdoor kitchen. There is also an outdoor gym to be found near the pool. There are several cozy lounge corners spread over the magnificent garden. An ideal place for children as they can romp around the many lawns. 

The house has a huge covered balcony with large dining table and lounge area. This terrace flows seamlessly into the living area of the house. The living room is cozy and feels very homely because of the many lights and warm materials. The open industrial kitchen is very comfortably furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences.

In the main house there are 4 en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms have a private terrace. All of these bedrooms are located downstairs. The master bedroom has a lounge, a spacious bed (180x200) a bathroom with imperial bath from which one of the most beautiful views of Ibiza can be admired. Next to the master bedroom is the heated Jacuzzi. There is also a massage table and an outdoor shower. The 3 other bedrooms on this floor all have a double bed (180x200) and a spacious en-suite bathroom with shower.

One floor down is the 5th bedroom. This one is perfect for guests who want a little more privacy. Again, the view is phenomenal. The room has a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The 6th bedroom is further away, it is located under the pool. This is a studio with living room and en-suite bathroom with shower. The double bed (180x200) is located on the mezzanine.

On the other side of the garden is a beautiful lodge with a spacious double bed (200x200). This lodge is completely private. Of course it is equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, toilet, ... The shower is located outdoor. There is no view of the outdoor shower from the house.
