Villa Max is a beautiful, modern, and attractive villa with beautiful sea views. The sunsets here are breathtaking. The villa is located in a very quietly location on a hill and is surrounded by a beautiful garden.
Upon entering through the gate, you immediately notice that both the villa and the garden are very well maintained.
There are 4 sun beds and several Balinese beds around the spacious swimming pool (12x5 m). Near the swimming pool there is a cosy lounge area with plenty of cushions. There is also a great outdoor shower and toilet. Sports enthusiasts can really enjoy themselves here as there is a gym, a badminton court and a basketball hoop. In addition to the outdoor kitchen, with a BBQ and dining table for 8 people, there is also a pool table.
The terrace adjoins the living room seamlessly, the many windows make it very bright and fantastic views can be enjoyed from here. The villa has been furnished with great care - the owners live here themselves during winter and have a real eye for detail. The lounge with corner sofa is in the same room as the dining area. The kitchen, which is extremely user-friendly and fully furnished, is adjacent to the lounge. The utility room is behind the kitchen.
The 3 bedrooms are also on the ground floor. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a very large walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom here has a rain shower. The 2nd bedroom is also very spacious and again has plenty of cupboard space, and a bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is smaller. There is a guest toilet next door, but this bedroom does not have a bathroom.
