The villa is 730m² (over 7850 sqft) and has six large bedrooms, which all have their own bathroom. There is also a separate dining room, living room and an office. The rooms have lofted ceilings, which amplifies the feeling of living in a spacious home. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences, has plenty of counter space as well as multiple refrigerators. These rooms are located on the top floor of the villa.
On the top floor, there are also two large bedrooms with 200x200cm super king size beds: one bedroom has three-quarter bath with a shower and a toilet; the other has a full bath with a shower, a toilet and a bathtub. Both rooms have direct access to the patio and pool as well as a fantastic view overlooking the sea. The other two lovely bedrooms can be accessed from outdoors. They each have 180x200cm king size beds and an bathroom of their own, with a shower and toilet. You can access the final two bedrooms one floor down, near the entrance. These bedrooms have a separate shower and a toilet, 200x200 super king size beds and views overlooking the sea.
At this house, the beauty of the sea is all yours to admire; watching the sunset here is breathtaking in its own right. There are no houses obstructing the view, except for one villa, which you can only see when standing on the lawn.
There is a 14x7m pool as well as many relaxation spaces and patios. The architectural design of the home is quite minimalist, though the decor is tasteful and complemented with designer furniture. The minimalist architecture is reflected, in part, by the staircase, which has no handrails.
There are two additional sleeping spaces that we are not counting as bedrooms, since their ceilings are only 1.65/1.70m tall. The stairs in the living room lead to the upstairs bedroom, one floor higher. This bedroom has a 160x200cm queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. The other bedroom can be accessed from outdoors, via the patio and the set of stairs. This bedroom has a 180x200cm king size bed and a separate shower and toilet. If this is not a problem for you, then the house can accommodate as many as 14 or even 16 people, these prices are available on request.
