Casa Luca is wonderfully spacious and in addition to a large living room the villa offers a lot of attention to the outdoors. There is unobstructed views over the domain and offers complete privacy, also around the pool. There is a nice sitting area with a bbq. The pool is ideal for the avid swimmer and measures 11x5.5.

Inside there is a modern lounge sofa and a cozy stove, a large flat screen with Canal Plus. There is wifi everywhere. The modern kitchen has a 4-burner induction, oven, dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator. There is also a guest toilet inside.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are spacious and have large beds. 2 bedrooms are downstairs and 2 upstairs. The master is downstairs with a large bed (180x200) and a walk in shower. Then there is 1 bedroom downstairs and it has two separate box springs (90x200) that can be pushed together.

The first bedroom upstairs has two separate box springs (90x200) and the 2nd bedroom has a 1 large bed (180x200) and share a bathroom. These rooms also each have a private terrace with far sea view.

All rooms have air conditioning.

Casa Luca is a detached house, has neighbors on one side, but offers plenty of privacy.
