Mindfulness for women in Ibiza

The private mindfulness course in Ibiza is especially for women who need extra time and attention for themselves during their stay. The private mindfulness course consists of four sessions. Each session has it's own theme: earth - space - energy - joy. We begin with an introduction to mindfulness for women: What is mindfulness? Where does it come from? How can mindfulness help you as a woman to get less stuck in your head and relax more everyday. You will learn a series of body and breathing mindfulness exercises (quiet meditative excersises), gentle self-massage, soothing mindful movements (light yoga and tai chi exercises), nature meditations and visualisations. The series mindfulness exercises have a specific structure and in each session repeated and deepened so that they feel more natural and familiar and you can experience what it's like to have more rest in your head. After each session there is room to share your experience and you will recieve a fun creative writing exercise. Of course there is a brrak with a cup of tea, fresh fruit and nuts. I work with professional and intuitive guidance, feel what is needed at the moment. Personal attention, relaxation and time for yourself is paramount.
